Pony Cake
The perfect birthday cake for the pony-loving little girl. Thanks to Emma for the great idea! All you need to do is make 2 rectangular chocolate sponges and stick them together with buttercream. If you're not confident cutting freehand, use a paper template. We then decorated with strawberry laces, silver balls and smarties.
