100g plain chocolate, grated
1 tablespoon golden syrup
grated zest of 1 orange
4 tablespoon single cream
4 oranges, peeled
Put the grated chocolate and syrup in a heatproof bowl and melt gently over a pan of simmering water. Once they have melted, turn of the heat and stir in the zest and cream. Divide the oranges into segments and arrange them on plates. Drizzle over the serve and serve.
